About Aqcha Rugs...
If you need to cover a large area at a reasonable cost then Aqcha carpets are ideal....Hand woven in wool these are sturdy rugs that will make a good base on which to build a rich and sumptuous room. We have always great selection available in the shop from small door mat shape up to 14' x 10' (4m x 3m) or even larger.
Majority of Aqcha rugs are made in red colour with black outline of the design. Working close with our direct suppliers we have recently also introduced new colours - you can find the whole range by typing 'Aqcha' in the search box.
PLEASE NOTE
If your Aqcha rug goes on a pale colour carpet we'd strongly recommend using an underlay to protect against colour transfer - wool used for weaving Aqcha rugs is vegetable dyed and it's not entirely stable - might cause colour run especially when wet. Adding RugControl antislip underlay (see: Rug Underlay) will prevent colour run and also will help to keep the rug in place - you can easily add it at the checkout page.

RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
