This beautiful Persian Qum silk rug belongs to one of our customers. They have asked is to sell it on thier behalf. We valued the rug at aproximatly £3000 for the insurance cover.
In Iran, Qum is known as the Holy city. It's also called Qom or Ghom. It is an important thological centre and many Iranians go there to visit the many religious sites and monuments. Worldwide the city is famous for the production of pure silk hand woven rugs like this one. These highly valued rugs are fasinating marvels with complex highly detailed designs. RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
