Outstanding quality of this sought after Persian Nain rug. This one is called 'Shisla' which stands for six (6LAA - from Farsi meaning number of layers). If you unravel a single thread of the fringe it will reveal 3 individual threads which again can be split to 2 finer threads. In 6 LAA quality there is 6 seperate (3x2) yarn fibers making up one single thread of the fringe. Cotton foundation, extremely high quality wool hand knotted pile with silk highlights. Also this rug is signed by the weavers.
Nain is in the centre of Iran and has a long history of making the finest quality Persian rugs. The soft blue and cream colours and intricate patterns are influenced by the decorations in the nearby mosques of Isfahan.They are made using the best quality wool and by expert weavers and make a wonderful decorative centrepiece.

RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
