Perfectly fine rug at the bargain price. Having 6000 pieces in stock and constantly adding new things, sometimes we heavily discount rugs which haven't found new home for a while.
Our Nepalese rugs are made to order for our customers. They can be any size and each design can be recoloured in shades to match your room. They are hand woven and the pile is wool. Silk yarn is used in the detailing of the design. This gives a very luxurious look to the rug. They take up to 16 weeks from the time of ordering but often smaller rugs arrive much sooner. RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
