If you already own an Afghan rug you will be familiar with the traditional red and black format of the Nazhat and Khan Mohamadi style of carpets. The hand knotted pile of these rugs is wool and quite often the warp and weft are wool as well. Robust rugs at a reasonable cost. Great value. Khan Mahomadi rugs like this have wool that is lustrous and a glowing colour. Suitable for any location.

PLEASE NOTE
If your Khan Mahomadi rug goes on a carpet we'd strongly recommend using an underlay to protect against colour transfer - wool used for weaving Khan M. Rugs is vegetable dyed and it's not entirely stable. Adding RugControl antislip underlay (see: Rug Underlay) will prevent colour run and also will help to keep the rug in place - you can easily add it at the checkout page.

RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
