Our Kazak rugs are hand woven in villages of northern Afghanistan and finished (washing, pile trimming, fringing etc) in Pakistan. We buy them directly and we work very closely with the local designers to introduce new colours/patterns. Bold geometric designs in vibrant reds, blues and gold's are the hallmark of these amazing looking rugs. With a Kazak rug in your room you could turn the heating down a bit and save the planet. The hand knotted wool pile of this kind of rug is cut very low, about 2-3mm so for maximum comfort use our Comfort underlay.

RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
