Mashad Palace RUGS...
These beautiful rugs are hand woven for us in Bhadoi, India. Traditional Persian designs are faithfully reproduced using the finest millspun New Zealand wool. Painstakingly knotted in fine 14/14 quality. The finished rug is washed to give a lustrous patina so that each colour reflects ambient light to its maximum. These rugs are extremely soft to the touch and are often compared to silk carpets. In contrast to silk however, these rugs will be tough and resillient even in heavy wear areas. We keep a number of these rugs in stock and we are also able to make them in any size. Please ask for more information. We regularly see this amazing supplier in India overseeing every stage of the production, emphasizing on quality and pristine finish.

RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
