Serapi rugs originally come from Iran - Heriz district. Its name comes from the area of Serab where they were originally produced to fullfill demand for Heriz rugs in 1930's. They are known as more distinctive and finer version of Heriz with attention to smooth, shorter pile and precise finish.
Our Serapi rugs are faithfully reproduced by our Indian supplier from Bhadoi region. We visit him regularly in India and quality against the price of these pieces is really outstanding. We have always large selection of this design available.

RETURNS
Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy.
If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.
If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
