OLNEYRUGS GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) OlneyRugs Gift Cards/Vouchers may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.olneyrugs.co.uk or in store. The balance on the Gift Card may be used for full or part payment of the GB pounds sterling cost of OlneyRugs products.
2) No change will be given but any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and may be applied to future purchases.
3) Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference.
4) The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash, and has no fixed expiry date or service fees.
5) Promotional offers or sales may apply to Gift Card purchases - you can redeem the gift card also against discounted products.
6) No VAT is charged when buying the Gift Card
7) Keep the Gift Card/voucher code safe and treat it as cash. We will not accept any liability for lost or stolen Gift Cards or for any remaining balance on the Gift Card.

Redemption of Gift Cards Online
To use a Gift Card in full or part payment for orders made online:
- When proceeding to checkout, on the first page you can enter the voucher code printed on your Gift Card and press the ‘CHECK’ button to proceed with the payment.
- If the value of the items purchased Online is less than the total value of the Gift Card, you can re-enter the same Gift Card details on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance on your Gift Card.
- If the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance using a credit/debit card.

RETURNS

Our rugs are delivered in a re-useable bag so returns are easy. We accept no hassle returns within 14 days from the day of delivery of your order. If you change your mind, rug is not what you expected or any other reason - please get in touch asap.

If you want to return a rug it's up to you to package it securely and arrange the return by courier. We make a full refund immediately when the rug arrives here in good condition.

If you would like us to make the collection arrangements using our courier service, we make a charge equal to the courier collection cost. It's usually no more than £20 for mainland UK. A bit more for Highlands, Island and Europe. This amount is deducted from the refund that we make on the rugs return.
